Finally Spring!
“One step closer to it being summer; my favorite season. The above picture is one of the trees in my front yard. I’m not sure what type of tree it is but the petals remind me of French vanilla ice cream.
To celebrate today being the first day of spring I’m going to offer some BBQ advice. Hanford and I BBQed last weekend and he showed me a trick for how to grill onion or pineapple without it getting nasty. It’s a simple trick of putting two skewers through the onion/pineapple to make sure you and can grill it evenly. Simple trick but it works great. I can’t wait for the weather to be nice all the time so Hanford and I can grill more!
