How To Roast Garlic

Recently when talking with some friends, I was shocked at how many of them didn’t know how to roast garlic. It’s not rocket science at all and I honestly the don’t know because they never tried. Garlic (especially roasted garlic) is one of my most favorite ingredients to use when cooking. I plan on putting it in many of the recipes that I will be posting in the future; so it’s best if I get it posted early. You can make more than one bulb at a time; just add 2 teaspoons of olive oil to each bulb. You can use roasted garlic as a topping for pizza or bruschetta. You can even eat it by itself; I just don’t suggest eating more than one bulb at a time (unless you want to reek of garlic for a week).
